Do you only sell Avid products?
No. Digital Zoo offers equipment from a variety of post-production manufacturers. Let us know what you are looking for, and we’ll give you a quote.

How reliable is used post equipment?
All our used equipment is quality tested by experienced technicians. We won’t send you any piece of gear that hasn’t passed our rigorous QC process. If you have any trouble with the equipment purchased, contact us within 60 days for quick repair or replacement.

Can I try out equipment before I buy?
Customers are welcome to demo equipment at our Oakland office or our two Los Angeles locations: North Hollywood, Hollywood. Our clients are often happy to show off the studios we've built for them. Contact us about arranging a tour.

Post-Production Rental, Services & Facilities

Do you rent equipment?
Our Sillywood Alliance partner Go Edit can cover all your post-production equipment rental needs.

Do you have a post facility?
Digital Zoo’s Sillywood Alliance partner Fortitude Editorial maintains state-of-the-art post-production facilities in Hollywood and Oakland, California. Fortitude also offers staffing solutions for every type of project.

Payment & Shipping

Can you ship to my location?
Digital Zoo ships worldwide via Fed Ex, UPS, BAX Global, or your preferred shipper.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept bank wire transfer or PayPal.

Can I pay in Euros/Pounds/AU$?
Any currency can be used with bank wire transfer or PayPal. If you prefer to deal with a UK bank, Digital Zoo maintains bank accounts in the US and the UK for your convenience.

Do you offer support for gear that is out of warranty?
We will do our best to offer you support solutions at low or no cost for equipment that is out of warranty.
