Warranties
We back everything we sell with a promise of quality. Most of our new equipment comes with a 1-year manufacturer’s hardware warranty, and our used equipment comes standard with a 60-day warranty. Extended warranties and support can be obtained for an additional fee.

All of our used equipment is quality tested by experienced technicians. If you should have any problem, simply send the gear back to us within the warranty period, and we will repair or replace it as quickly as possible. Instant exchange also available for certain items.

If you have a problem with gear that is out of warranty, we will do our very best to help you resolve the problem at no or low cost.
